Everything that needs a person: expiring authorizations, patients to call, cases the lab is sitting on. Tap a row to open it.

Staff
Who works here, what role they hold, and which locations they can see.
Staff sign in with the Microsoft account matching this e-mail — no separate passwords.
Locations
The offices in this company. Each one keeps its own lists.
Labs
Dental labs you send cases to — they fill the Lab Case picker.
Role permissions
What each role may do in this company. Owners always have everything. Changes apply the next time each person loads the app.
Companies
Visible to you only (system administrator). Creating a company makes you its owner; switch to it afterwards to add locations, labs, and staff.
Imports
Every spreadsheet import, and how many of its rows are duplicated by another import. Undoing archives rows — it never deletes them, and they can be restored.
Monthly report
One page of numbers for the month — print it or screenshot it for the partners.
Patient cleanup
Names that look like the same person spelled two ways. Merging rewrites every record from one spelling to the other — audited, and never automatic.
Teams digest
Each morning, the first sign-in posts the day's queue to this webhook. Use a Teams channel URL (channel → Workflows → "when a webhook request is received") or a Zapier Catch Hook URL — the message carries both readable text and structured counts, so a Zap can route it anywhere.
Backup
Downloads one Excel file holding every record in this company — all modules, archived rows, portal list (never passwords), and the recent audit trail. Keep a copy somewhere safe; it is your data.
Lab prices
The agreed price for each product a lab sells you. The statement checker flags any line billed above these, and any patient billed twice.
Audit log
Every change made in this company, newest first — who, what, and the exact before and after.
